Marathon Training Plans
Option 1: 16 week standard plan.
This is a basic plan with 5 runs per week and is tailored towards a person who has never run a marathon but is capable of running at least 10k without stopping.
Cost £25
Option 2: 16 week one off bespoke training plan.
This starts with an initial phone call so I can tailor the plan to suit your running and commitments. Review at 8 weeks to make sure you are still on track and any minor changes that need to be made. It is a personalised plan and will suit anyone from a first time marathon runner to a seasoned runner who wants to improve on their marathon best.

Option 3: 16 week rolling bespoke training plan.
This starts with an initial phone call so I can tailor a training plan for you. I then write your training in 4 week instalments and rely on feedback via either email or phone call so I can tailor each 4 week block to fit in with how the previous block has gone. It is suitable for anyone from a first time marathon runner to a seasoned runner who wants to improve on their marathon best.
